See wardens coming.
Beat the ticket.

Live warden alerts from drivers around you, parking rated by real enforcement history — and when a ticket lands anyway, Clara builds your appeal. One community app for UK drivers.

The problem

Parking enforcement is a numbers game. The numbers aren’t yours.

Every day, councils and private operators across the UK issue tens of thousands of parking tickets. Some are fair. Plenty aren’t — a sign you couldn’t see, a machine that wouldn’t take payment, five minutes late back to the car.

Most people pay anyway. The early-payment discount is built to make you settle before you’ve had time to think, and appealing alone feels like paperwork designed to wear you down.

TicketProof evens it up: know where wardens are working, park where the risk is low — and when a ticket is wrong, fight it properly.

Live warden alerts

Know when a warden’s nearby

When a driver spots a warden, they report it in TicketProof — and everyone nearby sees it on the map moments later. Reports can only be made within 50 metres of the sighting, so they’re genuine, and they stay live for up to two hours while drivers confirm “still there” or vote “gone”.

Parking finder

Park where tickets don’t happen

Every spot on the map is rated by real enforcement history — how often wardens have actually been active within 150 metres over the last seven days. Green means quiet, orange means patrolled, and if a warden is active near a spot right now, you’ll see a red pulse before you commit. Over 1,400 car parks and street spots are already mapped across the UK, with prices and restrictions.

Built-in navigation

Drive straight to a safer spot

Pick a spot and TicketProof takes you there — turn-by-turn, rerouting automatically if you miss a turn, no switching apps. When you arrive it offers to start a parking timer, reminds you before your time runs out, and remembers where you left the car.

AI appeal advisor

And when a ticket is wrong — Clara

Describe your ticket and TicketProof assesses it free, before you pay anything — and Clara, the appeal advisor, talks it through with you: what the rules say, what evidence is worth gathering, what the process actually involves. If your grounds are strong, you get a professional appeal letter and an evidence pack. You send it yourself and stay in control the whole way. If the operator rejects it, the escalation letter to the independent adjudicator is included, not sold separately.

  • FREE CASE CHECK
  • LETTER + EVIDENCE PACK
  • ESCALATION INCLUDED

The app

One app, the whole journey

From spotting a warden to fighting a ticket — swipe through what TicketProof puts in your hand.

Meet Clara

An advisor, not a salesperson

Clara talks your case through the way an experienced appeals writer would: what happened, who issued the ticket, what the rules actually say, and which details are going to matter. She won’t write your letter or decide your case — those are separate steps, deliberately.

  • The assessment is free — you only pay if you go ahead with a letter.
  • If the assessment finds your grounds are weak, you hear it before you pay — not after.
  • Council PCN or private charge — she knows the two systems and their different deadlines.
  • TicketProof never contacts the operator for you — you stay in control of what’s sent.

APPEAL ADVISOR · TICKETPROOF

  1. Just got a £100 charge at a retail park. The entrance sign was completely blocked by a delivery van when I drove in.
  2. Let’s work through it. First thing to pin down — is it a council PCN, or a parking charge from a private operator? The appeal route and the deadlines are different.
  3. Private operator, not the council.
  4. OK. Private operators must make their signs clearly visible from where you park — that’s in their own code of practice. So a sign blocked as you drove in is exactly the kind of detail that matters here. Do you have photos from that day?
  5. Two photos from when I got back to the car.
  6. Good — that’s the kind of evidence these cases turn on. The assessment comes next, and it’s free: it weighs what you’ve got before you pay anything. If your grounds hold up, you’ll get an appeal letter and an evidence pack to send yourself.
  7. FREE ASSESSMENT · NO PAYMENT UNTIL YOUR LETTER

Illustrative conversation — Clara’s real replies depend on the details of your case. She helps you think it through; the assessment and the letter are separate steps, and what gets sent is always yours.

What is TicketProof?

TicketProof is a community-powered app for UK drivers. It shows live parking warden alerts reported by drivers nearby, helps you find parking rated by real enforcement history, and uses AI to help you appeal a parking ticket you believe is unfair.

It is built and in testing, launching first on iPhone with Android to follow. There is no download yet — joining the waitlist is how you hear when there is.

Driver badges

Everyone gets a number. The first 110 get it in metal.

Your driver number is the order you actually joined in — permanent, yours, and on your profile when the app lands. The earliest numbers carry a rarer badge. Have a look at all of them.

Tap the badge for the next tier

Showing Platinum — drivers #1 to #25.

The first 25 drivers get Platinum. The next 35 get Gold, then 25 Silver, then 25 Bronze. From #111 onwards it is Standard — the same permanent number, on the same profile, just without the shine.

Everyone who joins gets a number and keeps it. The finish is only a record of how early you were — it costs nothing, and it is not something anyone can buy later. Being Driver #4,000 still means you were here before the app was.

Numbering stops when the app launches, so the list closes at whatever number it has reached. Sign up in the app with the same email address you used here and your number comes with you.
